The whole ethic of Lou Dutch Personal Training is to ensure that your training is fun, enjoyable and inspiring to help you achieve your goals. Together we will decide on a training plan based on what motivates and inspires you and that fits around your daily living. No individual is the same and therefore the training will reflect this being unique to you. As an experienced athlete myself I will be motivational and as passionate as you in achieving your goals.
Personal Training has been regarded as a luxury by some, although it is now recognised how important exercise and nutrition is for health. In my opinion the most important thing is you and your body. Your body is a finely tuned machine and every part of it is connected bio-mechanically. Without a healthy body you will not be able to live life to the full. What is your priority in life?

I believe that fitness is the basis of everything we do and the fitter you are the more you are able to achieve. You will also feel better! You even need to be fit sitting in an office chair all day! Those that aren’t will be susceptible to injury.
I will make your exercise as functional as possible. As such I will make use of the natural environment so you do not have to be a member of a gym if you don’t want to be! If it is more convenient for you I can come to your home to make effective use of your time.
I also offer group sessions if that’s how you prefer to train. All these choices will be up to you, everyone is different and you will choose what motivates you which in turn will ensure you achieve your goals.
